About Mindful Mondays

Mondays often carry a reputation: stressful, draining, or just plain “blue.” But what if Mondays could become something to look forward to? Mindful Monday's Art + Wellness series is designed to transform the start of your week into a space of reflection, creativity, and renewal.

This 3-part art + wellness series brings together the power of mindfulness and the freedom of creative expression. 

Part 1

A gentle exploration of our inner emotions and growing awareness of who we are as we navigate the world more mindfully. 

Part 2

A look at how we can reshape our thoughts, behaviors, and identity as we step toward the person we’re becoming. 

Part 3

An intentional focus on creating a new, gracious path ahead—moving through our emotions with confidence, clarity, and self-compassion.
