Mindful Mondays: An Evening of Art, Healing, and Connection

Mondays often carry a reputation: stressful, draining, or just plain “blue.” But what if Mondays could become something to look forward to? Mindful Mondays is designed to transform the start of your week into a space of reflection, creativity, and renewal.

This 3 month art and wellness series brings together the power of mindfulness and the freedom of creative expression. Each session is a guided experience where participants use art as a pathway to healing, conversation, and community. No matter your artistic background, you’ll find space here to explore, reflect, and grow.

What to Expect:

  • A safe, welcoming environment for self-expression

  • Creative art activities with all materials provided

  • Guided mindfulness and reflection with therapeutic support

  • Light refreshments and journals to support your journey

  • A chance to connect with neighbors and build community in a meaningful way
