Hi, I’m Khalliah!

Hi, I'm Khalliah Bryant-Tull, MS, LMFT-QS—a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Jacksonville, FL. I founded More Life Wellness to create a space where Black individuals, couples, and families can navigate life's biggest transitions without losing themselves in the process.

I work with young professionals, creatives, new parents, and couples who are ready to do the real work—whether that's resolving conflict, redefining core values, or dismantling the limiting beliefs that keep you playing small. My approach blends clinical expertise (Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy, Emotional Focused Therapy) with pop culture, psychoeducation, and honest conversation. Because therapy shouldn't feel detached from the world you actually live in.

Through individual sessions, couples therapy, and community events like Mindful Mondays and HeartWork groups, I help clients rewrite their stories and step into more authentic, fulfilling lives. If you're in transition, in conflict, or simply ready for more—you're in the right place.

What you’ll find here.
