FREE Teen Support Groups - NAMI Jax

If you have a teen who could use extra support for their mental health, the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Jacksonville offers a FREE, activity-based support group for high school-aged teens (14–17).

This group is designed for teens seeking connection, compassion, and mental health education—no formal diagnosis required.

(Park in the P2 Garage, Level 3; take elevator to B/Bridge Level)

🗓 When

Every 1st & 3rd Tuesday
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
(Coincides with the Family Support Group at Baptist)

👥 First-time participants must arrive 20 minutes early with a parent or guardian to complete in-person registration.

This group helps teens build coping skills, find strength in shared experiences, and reject stigma -all in a supportive space led by trained facilitators with lived experience.
